Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items should be in their original packaging.
Note: Several types of goods are exempt from returns. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns sent directly to the manufacturer may not be eligible for processing.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under specific conditions, including:
- Books with visible signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside our control
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: AnalogFX Returns, [Your Address Here]. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For more valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before your refund posts.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
As-Described Items
Please review the return policy on each product listing. Certain items may be marked as “As-Described” and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@analogfx.com and send your item to AnalogFX.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll mail a gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
